SHIPPING

• All of our parcels are shipping from Sydney, Australia.
• All of our parcels are shipped using Sendle.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• We do not process orders on weekends.
• We aim to get your orders processed and out for delivery within 2 business days but we are a small team so this may take longer if there are a high volume of orders.

• Tracking will be sent via Sendle once we have shipped your order.
  
  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• If you have ordered from overseas shipping times can vary. Please keep an eye on your tracking details from Sendle to see an estimated delivery time. 
• Unfortunately once our orders have left our warehouse they are out of our control and we cannot control shipping times, arrival times, or delays.
